The only surviving example of three such models built by Vignale of Turin in 1948. Of the 162 designed and built 159 were by Pininfarina. Until about 1968 this car was the daily driver of a Doctor in the City of Rome.Lost for many years until the early 2000’s it was bought to the Carrosserie Company (UK) Ltd for complete restoration in 2005. The steel floors were particularly poor as was the lower Aluminium bodywork. New repair panels were made and fitted in house then finished in the latest Two Pack Rosso Red. Mechanically completely overhauled and re-Trimmed in Tan Hide with Wilton Carpet make this a very special car indeed. Now the finished article is with its owner in Atlanta Georgia, USA. We are very proud to say that this car was shortlisted for best in show at the Amelia Island Concourse De’ Elegance 2010.
