This fabulous car was sent by its owner to the Carrosserie Company (UK) Ltd for a total Classic Car Restoration in 2007. The first thing that was done was to remove the body from the Chassis and to get the Body Shell Shotblasted. Once done we could see that there was going to be a great deal of bodywork needed. During this process, modifications were made to the underbody panels, Front Wings and Bonnet, where we cut airways into the inner wings at the front, 8 inch Louvre’s into the N/S/F wing and 4 inch Louvre’s into the top of the bonnet. The Engine was sent to Specialist, Osseli, for overhaul and upgrading to 2000cc complete with Stage II Camshaft and Webber 45 DCOE Carburettor. MGB Disc Brakes are fitted to the Front and an MGB Rear Axle and Brakes are fitted to the Rear. Now painted in British Racing Green with contrasting Green Leather Trim and Carpets. With Racing Windscreen for fast touring.
