The Project

This Ferrari 328 GTB is a very well-known and competitive race car in the Ferrari Owners Club. It has been worked on in our Carrosserie workshop on more than one occasion as it is driven by local racing driver, Chris Butler.

25th May 2022: Back bumper bar replaced as old one had snapped in two from racing the car.

3rd August 2023: Further damage to the right rear sill and lower rear quarter from racing the car. Inner and outer sill to be fabricated, along with the lower rear quarter and then it will move into our paint shop for a respray.

From factory the 328 GTB was powered by the 3.2-litre ‘Tipo F105CB’ V8, producing around 270bhp and driving the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.

One of the last models engineered and launched during Enzo Ferrari’s lifetime, the Ferrari 328 is a sleek and instantly recognisable 1980s sports car.
